Moved guild creation, guild joining and guild administration into it. Implemented navigation via a top row of button inside the 'My Guild' area. Guild members see a single button ('View') there; guild leaders have other buttons too -- to administer the guild. Guild administration reorganized in multiple subpages. Guild join requests now cause '(New)' to appear on the 'My Guild' tab for guild leaders. Decoupled guild join requests from short messages; each guild join request now has a message that is part of the request but doesn't appear as a separate message. The leader can click on 'View' on the request page to see the text. 'Accept' and 'Refuse' actions no longer generate a response message (maybe that should change). Let the leader nominate Assistants; view the list of Assistants; remove Assistants. Display roles of players when listing the guild members (roles are 'Leader', 'Assistant' and 'Member').
