Disclaimer: This is a free game. There is no guarantee that the game will be available at any point in time and/or that it will actually work. We might suspend or terminate the game at any time for any or no reason. We are not responsible for any damage caused by playing the game or by the game not being available or not working as expected. Use it at your own risk. Staff decisions are inappellable: We retain total control on all aspects on the game including player accounts and game rules; our decisions are final and inappellable. Personal Information: We do not store any personal information except for your email address, which you can remove from our database at any time by simply deleting your player account (login, then go in 'Preferences', then 'Delete Account'). We use your email address as a validation mechanism meant to prevent cheaters from creating multiple player accounts. We might occasionally use it for internal game communications, such as announcing the end of an age and the start of a new one. We will not sell or share your email address with third parties. Logs and Records: We record any action performed during the game. This is incredibly useful in monitoring the game and finding problems. We retain the right to use, analyze and otherwise do anything we want with the game records. Cookies: We use cookies in the implementation of the web pages to manage the authentication / login process. Authentication cookies are automatically cleared when you log out of the game. We might also use cookies (and all the other available mechanisms to track internet users, such as IP addresses, browser identification, and what not) to try detect players that are cheating (especially players that have more accounts than allowed by the game rules).
